Brandy Espresso Truffles

These truffles, although simple to make can make the perfect gift. They are very delicious and professional.
Ingredients

All you need is,
500g Marzipan
100g toasted and chopped hazelnuts
2.5ml/1/2 tsp brandy
5ml/1 tsp fresh espresso grounds or good coffee
25ml/ 1 1/2 tbsp cold espresso or strong coffee
And gold luster (it's up to you how much you need

Combining

Combine all the ingredients except the luster in a bowl with clean hands. If the mixture is too hard add more brandy and if it is too soft or sticky add more marzipan or hazel nuts.

Sprinkle some of the gold luster a little at a time on to a plate. Then make small balls of the mixture and roll in the luster.
Serving or Storing

Serve immediately or store coverd for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
