Broken headphones and a very lovely girlfriend are the ingredients for this instructable. The four wires inside the plastic cord need to be braided. After the braiding the cord was divided into 4 pieces and soldered together at the ends.  From 2 stainless steel blind rivets the tube is removed from the mandrel and the heads are also removed from the tube. The 2 tubes are slid over the bracelet. and the clasps are soldered to the end. Now the 2 tubes are gluid to the solder with glue. I used loctite for this.

When finished, make sure to wrap the bracelet in a nice little giftbox and present it romantically to your girlfriend. Finally enjoy all kisses she will give you. Actually I didn't do that because I had to measure her wrist so I knew when to stop braiding. But the kisses I did get.
