Cut yourself a decent size of duct tape (about 3 inches [eyeball it]) then clip the ends just a bit so it looks clean and even. Measure your clean strip from one end 2 inches then SNIP!

Doodle (if you want) on your 2 in. strip

Turn your strip over, if you doodled, to the plain side. Scrunch a little of the top to the inside then pinch it to the middle. Do the same to the bottom.

Cut a slim strip, the length of the width of duct tape, and wrap it around the middle of the bow to keep it scrunched.

Now cut a 4 inch long strip of duct tape about 1/2 inch in width. Fold it in half, this will be the band.

Align the middle of the bow to the middle of the band and tape them together with a skinny strip of tape the length of the width of duct tape.

Put the band on your finger bow side up. Size the flaps to your finger and mark where they end. Tape them with a tiny piece of tape down.
