Bourbon Pecan Pie Martini

I'm pretty sure there's not enough pecan pie in the world, never mind bourbon pecan pie.  The flaky crust, the gooey filling, the flavor, the pecans...  Oh, delicious pecans, we need more of you!

In tribute of this classic Southern dessert, I'd like to present the Bourbon Pecan Pie Martini that's sweet and rich and nutty.  Kind of like life, right?

Rimming

Moisten the rim of the glass and gently press into turbinado sugar (or sugar in the raw).

Ingredients

This recipe calls for:
  • ½ oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1½ oz Pecan Liqueur
  • 1 oz Wedding Cake Vodka
If you don't particularly care for bourbon, do a bit less than ½ oz, or eliminate it and add ½ oz more vodka for a Pecan Pie Martini.

Mix and Serve

Shake with ice and strain into prepared glass.
