Bouillon Cubes – a Homemade Lifesaver!

A simple recipe made with chicken fillet, vegetables, spices, and herbs. Just drop one cube into boiling water — and in 5 minutes you’ll have a fragrant broth, ready to serve. Convenient, tasty, and free from store-bought chemicals!

Ingredients:

2 chicken fillets, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 celery sticks, ginger, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp turmeric (optional), a bunch of dill, a bunch of parsley (optional).

Sear the meat. Add the onion, carrot, and celery one by one and sauté.

Add the spices, garlic, and ginger. Cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are tender. Then blend everything until smooth, add the herbs, and blend again.

Divide the mixture into molds and freeze.

Later, when needed, drop a cube into boiling water and cook until dissolved — about 3–5 minutes. In the bowl, you can add a boiled egg, croutons, or some extra herbs.
