In this contest, I made a bottle opener.

Reference

This a reference I used to create the bottle opener.
Measurements

First, make the workspace units into millimeters "mm." Then create these units on the top plane. The end of the bottle opener with the hole does not matter. You can make it however you may want. The end with a circle is to add your own logo or engraving.
Extrude

Once the measurements are complete, extrude the surface. However, do not extrude the part with a hole. Extrude the surface 5mm and make it symmetrical.
Fillet 1

Next, fillet the handle 3mm on each edge of the handle.
Fillet 2

The next fillet is on the edge of the circle where a logo can go. Make the fillet 1mm.
Plane

After, create a plane that offsets the front plane 12mm.
Sketch on Plane

The next step is to create this rectangle which is on the center point.
Loft

Lastly, loft the inside surface of where the handle connects to the sketch on the plane. Now you have a bottle opener. You can change the end with the hole and the size of the hook to your liking.
