Bottle Gift Wrap for Herbs

I have been saving empty A-1 bottles because I loved the shape, they are glass, brown, and I knew I would think of a way to make them into something practical and pretty. I finally thought of something and that is what inspired this Instructable.  Gardeners need ways to store their herbs and this is a good method to use.  Over the years I have learned that some food items need to be stored in a dark bottle and many are stored in brown bottles. I am always giving friends and neighbors a little sample from our bounty.  These bottles are a great way to re-use brown glass bottles and provide a very pretty presentation for the fresh homegrown herbs we enjoy so much.  Follow me and I will take you through the pages so you can make these for yourself and your loved ones.

I think this type of gift presentation out shines bought gift wrap. I decorated this bottle for a friend of mine who enjoys gardening. She will appreciate the dill that I will add by using a funnel.  I will be making more of these.  I have another idea that I am working on for another friend who loves coffee.  I am very excited to have this Instructable finished so I can work on this one.  I hope you have enjoyed this Instructable and hope you will visit again soon! May your New Year bring you pleasant and unexpected surprises!
