First, your going to want to get your bottle cap, I used a soda can bottle cap but you can use just about any bottle cap. After you get your bottle cap, your going to take the white paint and go over the label on top of the bottle cap. Paint over top of the label until you can barely see the label.

Next, your going to sketch the design that you want onto the top of the bottle cap in pencil. I chose to sketch a rose onto the bottle cap but you can do whatever design you want. Make sure your paint is dry before going over it with pencil.

Once you have finished the outline of your design, your going to get out your other paint and start painting on your design.

This next step is optional but, once the paint is dry you can outline your design in a black sharpie. I would recommend a fine tip sharpie if you decide to do this step.

Next, your going to take your hot glue gun, once its plugged in and heated up, place two dots diagonal from each other on the backside of the bottle cap. Before the glue drys place your paper clip on the hot glue dots. Make sure the side that doesn't open up is the side you place on the hot glue dots. Once the glue is dry you can use your pins!

I hope you enjoy this project.
