Boston Cream Pie

4 Steps in making a Boston Cream Pie!

1.Yellow Cake, 2. Whipped Cream, 3. Vanilla Pudding, 4. Chocolate Glaze

Time: 60 minutes

Serves: 6

Yellow Cake

Yellow Cake Ingredients:

3 eggs

2 1/4
cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 Cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon vanilla

1/8 cup vegetable oil

1 stick of butter (8 Tablespoons)

1 1/4 cups milk

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

2 round cake pans

Cool before frosting

Whipped Cream

So EASY Homemade Whipped Cream ingredients:

1 Cup heavy Cream

2 Tablespoons sugar

Mix in mixture on medium, then high until the whipped cream is the consistency that you want.

Set Aside.

Pudding

Mix 3.4 oz.vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk and fold in the whipped cream.

*I leave a spoonful of cream to the side and place on top of cake after frosted.

Chocolate Glaze

Chocolate Glaze Ingredients:

1-16oz. jar of chocolate frosting

1/2 cup milk

Mix together and set aside.

Putting It All Together!

Putting it all together!
Once the cake has cooled, place one layer of the cake on a serving dish.

Add the whipped cream/ pudding mixture on top of the first layer of the cake.

Next add the second layer of cake on top of the pudding mixture.

Last, pour the glaze in the middle of the cake and allow it to cover by dripping down
over the sides.

Place in refrigerator until ready to serve!
