Bose Challenge box - The Efficient Choice

For this contest, I wanted to make a multifunctional, original and useful deXsign. So I came up with a design that should deal with:

- Easy transportation —> Integrated Handle, removable base

- Safe in case of fall —> Shock absorbers on the edges of the cage

- Improves sound —> Vibration absorbers under the base

- Improves directivity —> Movable angle to direct music towards people heads. (This is really important! will make a difference!)

- Shares music moment —> Mobile stand to see music being played

You can see the very first draft idea that deals with these characteristics on photo 11. Dealing with the design of handle; I imagined to versions, finally I decided V1 handle. Photos : 12, 13. Dealing with mobile holder; Started with idea on Photo 14; I backed myself on a real model because it got a little harder everything working together perfectly. Dealing with Shock absorbers; Cover every edge of the cage with resistant material. Dealing with directivity; Build a movable angle system that should be removable. Dealing with sound; Place vibration absorbers under the base. Hope you like my design :) I would be glad if you leave any comments if you’d like it or you think there could be any improvement. Made on Fusion360®, on MacBook Pro®.
