Book Necklace

Hey everyone it's momo and today I'll show you how to make a cute nerdy book necklace. Let's start

1- small piece of card stock
2-stapler
3- piece of printer paper
4- ruler
5- clear tape
6- scissors
7- glue
8- patterned paper

Fold the piece of printer paper in forths. Then take half of the paper and fold it in 16 separate rectangles.

Cut them all out (you can throw away 4) YOU ONLY NEED 12 RECTANGLES. Then group them by three (so you should have 4 separate groups)

Put them on top of each other and staple the 4 groups.

Tape two of the sections together with your clear tape. Then tape both of the sections together

Take your card stock and put it around your book pages. Make sure there's a little bit of excess paper on every edge/side

Cut out the pattern paper on the card stock (you also want to leave a little bit of excess on the edges.) then cut off the corners of the pattern paper

Then when the pattern paper has the same folds in it as the card stock, glue the card stock to the pattern paper. Fold over the excess and tape it down

Then you'll take the pages and put them inside the cover to make sure everything fits. Then put tape on it and press it down hard.

For this step just simply poke a hole in the top of the spine so you can put a necklace chain through
