Bonus 2
Weeellll folks.... I am back!!! It's another bonus coming to you for 2000 views! Here I give you...Lego Printer! It is a 14x16 "container" and although it really doesn't actually print, its for fun! You can make it whatever color you want! As long as you have the right kind of pieces. Good luck!
Bottom Plate
This is the bottom plate of the printer. AS LONG AS IT CREATES A 14x16, I don't care what platforms you use. The ones I used are an example. They add up to 14x16.
Mech Piece Count
Heres the mech for when the so-called "paper" goes through. Here is what you will need:
- 5 gears
- 2 rods (see pic)
- 3 5-slotted (the grey circular items) (you will need 2. I didn't think it through and didn't want to take a new pic)
- 2 1x2x3 centered hole pieces of any color
- 9 small spacers (you might not need all of them. This is just in case)
- big grey spacer ('x' centered)
- 2 big grey spacers (cylinder like)
- long blue connector
Thas all the pieces! Let's move on to the building!

Mech Building
Follow the pics as ordered and then we will move on to the other parts!
Printer Outline
You will need a lot of 1-by-(whatever) pieces to make the outline. I am using multi colors 'cause I don't have a lot of one color.
Paper & Entrance
This will be for the 'paper' to enter. Before making that, you need to measure and make the paper, then move on to this. Use white flats for the covering of the 2 plates. It doesn't matter how long they are as long it covers the entire thing. I had to use more colors because I ran out of white flats, but you guys building this MUST have WHITE flats!
Replace
Sorry about this, but you will need to replace the slide on the back of the printer. I never thought about this, but it would be easier for the paper to go down.
Side Covering
This is to fill in the sides. The only place that has a flat smooth top is underneath the wheel/handle for space, but other than that, fill to the top.
Top Covering
Cover the top with platforms reaching to the other side. If you don't have platforms that reach to the other side, put another layer of platforms on to fill it in, as shown of what I did (pic 1).
Ink Cartrige
This is the "ink cartrige" for the printer. It may not look much, but it is important. There will be 2 options:
- White= black and white
- Red= color
The tan stick is to insert in a little space (see pic 3). Pic 2 shows how to assemble.
