Boneless Chuck Roast Dinner

Prep time: As fast as you can cut up 3 potatoes and an onion....and put it In a pan.

Cook Time: 350 degrees for 3 to 3.5 hours (3 lb roast)

Serving size: 4

Materials: Cutting board, knife, roasting pan (or crockpot)

Food:

3 Potatoes

3lb chuck roast

small onion

baby carrots

salt & pepper

oil

1 or 2 beef stock/cubes and a cup of water

rosemary & thyme seasoning

Gather your materials and food items.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or you can also put it in a crockpot)

Season beef with sat and pepper and place in roasting pan.

Cut up onions, potatoes, and carrots (I used baby carrots and just threw them in whole)

Add potatoes, carrots and onions over the top of the beef.

Dribble olive oil over the top of the vegetables and beef.

Soak 1 or 2 beef cubes in a cup of water. (I used 2 for a richer taste)

Pour over the top of the vegetables and beef.

Salt and Pepper to taste

dash of Thyme and Rosemary

Cover with foil and place in the oven

Cook at 350 degrees for 3 to 3.5 hours depending on you oven and size of your roast.

My roast was 3 lbs
