Bombay Briyani Recipe with Homemade Masala
The recipe 4 onions 4 Tomatoes 4 potatoes 1 cup yougurt 4 cup basmati rice 1/5 beef 1 teaspoon Garlic 1 teaspoon Ginger 1 cup oil Green masala(corriander,mentha handful and 6 chillies) Biryani Masala(any company) Put rice in a water bowl for soaking put onions in a oil pan and fry it until it becomes golden then take it outside put biryani masala,ginger,garlic and beef in the same pan and roast it for 3 minutes put 3 cup of water in this mixture then let it cook on medium flame when beef becomes soft then put tomato half green masala and 2 spoon of salt and mix them togetherand let it cook until the potatoes becomes soft Wash the rice throughly and put it in the pot and add 6 cups of water and let it boil until you see bubblkes coming out check if rice can be broken easily then throw away the water and let it dry out biryani masala is ready add yougurt in it and mix it and transfer it into the rice pot and cover it with rice put that green masala tomatoes over it and put some zarda color on it let it cover with lid for 5 minutes then mix all the biryani masla and rice together the biryani is ready
You Need the Following Items to Create the Perfect Biryani
4 onions
4 Tomatoes
4 potatoes
1 cup yougurt
4 cup basmati rice
1/5 beef
1 teaspoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
3 spoons of salt
1 cup oil Green masala(corriander,mentha handful and 6 chillies)
Biryani Masala(any company)
Turn Those Onions Into GOLD
Preheat the Oil on high flame for 2 minute then put the chopped onions in it fry it until it become gold color ,take out the frayed onions in separate plate to use it later in the recipe
Preparing the Curry
Put The Biryani Masala,garlic,ginger in the oil and fry it for 40 seconds then put beef right away
Roast it until beef absorbs all the color of biryani masala
let it roast for 2 minutes straight move it all around the pan don't let it stay otherwise it will burn
put 3 cups of water in it and let it off on medium flame for 20 minutes
check if the beef if well done or soft by touching it by spoon
if beef is soft put tomatoes,potatoes and salt in it and again let it of on medium flame until the potatoes becomes soft
your curry is ready
Preparing the Rice
Soaked the rice in a bowl and fill the water more on it's level
after 10 minutes wash the rice 3 times so all the dust removes from it
move the rice into the pot and fill it 2 times more with water
let it on for about 20 minutes until rice becomes soft take one piece of rice and try to break it if it break easily the rice are read
Drain all the water from the rice and let them dry
Finishing Steps
Put the yougurt in the our ready curry masala and mixed it properly
convert the masal into the rice pot then put the rice over the masala
Remember our onions here it goes over the rice,leftover tomatoes,green masala,Biryani color sprinkler it over the rice don't mix them yet
cover the lid and wait for 5 minute on low flame
mix the curry ,rice,green masala,tomatoes from down to up and from up to down
again let the lid cover it for 5 minutes
take out the biryani and surf
