How To: Boho Waves for Long Hair

Cute easy curled hair for a casual day in or a night out.

Tools

Tools:
Hairspray
Wand Curling Iron
Hair Clips or Elastics

Restrain Hair

Begin with clean dry hair.
Separate the hair into four sections; two on the top of the head and two on the bottom.
Use clips or elastics to restrain the hair. Make each section as even as possible.

Section Off Hair

Take one of the bottom sections and separate it into two equal sections to allow easier and quicker curling.

Curl Hair

Take each section of hair and begin wrapping it around the curling wand.
Hold for 30-40 seconds depending on the thickness of the hair.
Release the hair and hair spray each piece. Repeat steps 3 and 4 on the second lower section of hair.

Note: for a looser more relaxed look begin about half way down the hair.

Separate the first of the top sections into three equal pieces.

Curl Hair

Take each section of hair and begin wrapping it around the curling wand.
Hold for 30-40 seconds depending on the thickness of hair.
Release the hair and hair spray each piece. Repeat on the second upper section of hair.

Separate Hair

Hair spray the hair and let it sit for 5-10 minutes or until it has all cooled.
Using fingers, gently separate each section of hair to loosen it.

Hair is finished. Add more hair spray as needed.
