Blueberry Pie

This blueberry pie is sweet and delicious for any occasion. Enjoy!
Make Crust

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine 2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/3 cup cold butter, and 1/3 cup cold solid shortening in a bowl with a fork. Stir in 5-6 tbsp water just to moisten. Divide dough in half and shape into balls. Roll one crust into a 12-inch circle and place in a 9-inch pie pan.
Make Filling

Mix 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 6 cups fresh blueberries. Put the mixture into the crust in the pan. Dot with 1 tbsp butter, cut up. Top with second crust any way you'd like. Bake 55 mins and cool 30 mins. Enjoy the pie!
