Lack of storage solutions available from factory options in commercial vehicles

Most commercial vehicles, van and camper conversions have limited storage solutions. They often come with the rear of the vehicle completely bare except from the MDF cladding on the inside of the shell.

Garages and workshops often end up messy and disoraganised due to garage storage and organisation solutions being pricey and bulky.

Food preparation settings such as restaurants, cafes and deli counters require the use of single-use and disposable towels. Blue roll is the perfect product but can often be left out on counters to get wet, dirty or stored in difficult-to-reach places.

The Solution

X8R's Blue Roll Dispenser is the perfect solution for a wide variety of workplaces such as garages/mechanics, cafes, restaurant and mobile tradespeople such as plumbers, carpenters and mobile valeters.

X8R0293 also comes with a handy storage shelf, ideal for storing extra blue rolls or cleaning products.

The dispenser can be wall mounted in under 5 minutes. Simply slot the keyhole cut-outs over the back of two self-tapping screws. Secure with two further self-tappers. Slide the blue roll onto the dispensing tube and it's ready to use.

The X8R dispenser unique as it is made with health & safety in mind: it comes with a guard on the serrated edge to prevent any cuts or accidents.

The dispenser is manufactured from powder coated steel which is highly resistent against everyday wear and tear no matter where it is used. The coating is resistent to chipping, fading, scratching and wearing. It's incredibly easy to clean and is great for any workplace, including food preparation settings.

Compatibility

This is a universal item that is compatible with all blue roll tubes that are 22 inches or less in width.

You Will Receive

1 x Powder coated steel blue roll dispenser with shelf

Please note no screws, fixings or blue roll is supplied. Screw size recommended: 3.5x16mm self-tappers (black)

You will need:

• 2 x 10mm spanners
• 3mm drillbit on an electric drill
• 4 x screws. Screw size recommended: 3.5x16mm self-tappers (black) - alternatively appropriate size screws and potentially wall plugs
• Philips head screwdriver
• Spirit level

The unit comes flatpacked. Firstly take the top shelf and the serrated edge, fit the two parts together lining the holes up. Be sure to put the serrated edge against the edge with the corner cut-out.

Take the arms and line up against the top shelf, the smaller hole should be at the front, protruding from the serrated edge. Insert two of the bolts into the two larger holes. Handtighten the nut on the end of the thread.

Insert the hand guard into the smaller hole. Hook it under the serrated edge.

Fit the other arm using the same method as step 2. Ensure the hand guard is mating into the small hole.

Tighten all four nuts and bolts using two 10mm spanners.

Offer up the dispenser to where it will be mounted. Ensure it is level with a spirit level. Mark up the four drill holes with a marker pen.

(Optional step) Drill pilot holes using a 3mm drill bit. Then use a screwdriver (or electric drill) to half screw in the top two screws (we used self tappers).

Slide the two keyhole cut-outs over the two screws and tighten them using the screwdriver.

Screw in the bottom two screws. Place the blueroll on dispenser tube and place in the bracket.
