Blue badge thefts are on the rise

It is becoming increasingly more common for vehicles to be broken into for a blue badge. Blue badges are seen as valuable to thieves as they can use them for free/convenient parking. Blue badges can also be sold.

The Solution

Use the X8R blue badge protector to secure your blue badge and your car

The X8R blue badge protector is made from ultra strong powder coated steel which is scratch and rust resistant. It also features a 5mm thick acrylic plate which is UV resistant, preventing sun damage to your blue badge.

The protector is unique in size, being perfectly sized for all UK blue badges. The border is large enough to protect from theft, whilst being small enough to not overlap onto the blue badge so the whole front is viewable to parking attendants.

The protector comes with an anti-coil steering wheel lock which will sit flat on your dashboard. The chain in the security lock is coated in thick plastic, preventing any damage to the dashboard or steering wheel. The security lock comes with two keys.

This design of blue badge protector does not come with a compartment for the time clock, meaning you can use your choice of time clock.

You Will Receive

1 x Heavy duty badge protector with clear acrylic plate

1 x Anti-coil and anti-scratch steering wheel lock complete with two keys

Slide your Blue badge into the Blue backing plate. Remove the Blue protective film from both sides of the acrylic plate and slide over the top of the Blue badge.

If you purchased the version with the time disc holder, press the clock into the square blue backing plate.

Loop the lock through the hole in the Blue plate. Loop through the steering wheel and lock into place. Place the Blue badge protector onto the dashboard. Ensure the Blue badge is visible through the windscreen and the timeclock is set to your arrival time.
