Blooming Echinacea

For today's Creative Cafe feature, we are going to break down the steps on how to create our newest Create A Flower release, the S2-198 Echinacea set. This sweet flower can be created in many different colors.
Supplies:
PZ-100 Prizm Die Cutting & Embossing Machine
S2-198 Echinacea PL-001 Platinum™ Machine
Cardstock – Fuchsia, Green, Brown

Step 1: Die-cut the following pieces: Fuchsia cardstock – 10 petals; Green cardstock 2 leaves, and 1 flower base. Brown cardstock - Cut 2 fringed centers. See photo as example of die cut pieces.

Step 2: Use larger stylus tip to roll and form the petals and leaves. Use liquid glue to secure the flower base.

Step 3: Roll the fringed center using the quilling tip, secure the second fringe center to the end and continue to roll, this will create a thicker flower center secure the end using the liquid glue.

Step 4: Start layering the petals, secure with liquid glue.. See photo as example for layering the petals.
