Two wooden matchsticks depict a queer feeling that one can relate to in one's own life. A wooden matchstick head is nothing but an amalgamation of potassium chlorate mixed with sulfur, fillers, and glass powder.

I just found that even the lightest and cheapest things available in the world are sufficient to beckon you towards something that can only be felt but not expressed in words.

Basically we need,

  • Three wooden matchsticks.
  • A matchstick holder.( a lemon wedge or anything that will hold it in place)

Fix It Vertical

I had put one match vertical and the other horizontal or slightly slanting. Fix one matchsticks in place with its head pointing upwards.

Rise the Temperature

If you did this several times, I'm sure you would see a variety of outcomes due to the natural variation of the wood. The match heads fuse naturally when they ignite. Some will burn more than others, and some will twist and curl more.

Note:- It can be presented as a puzzle, with the match on the left jammed in the holder and the one on the right sitting on a coin. Ask your friends to get their coins back without touching the match or the match heads separating. If they figure it out, buy them a soft drink of their choice to relieve their throats in this intense summer.

Eventually, nothing left after that kiss but a little piece of wood sticking straight up. After recording dozens of times, I this chose this particular case because it was aesthetically pleasing.
