Biscotti With Red Wine

This are very easy to make biscotti, but super tasty and crunchy. Make sure to use a reasonably good red wine. They go well with a nice dessert wine, or just dunk them in milk for breakfast, or anytime of the day really.
Ingredients:

500gr flour
125ml vegetable oil
140ml good red wine
1tsp baking powder
200gr sugar

Preheat the oven to 180C.
Add all the ingredient and mix well, finish off by hand.
Take a spoonful and roll the dough, when is long enough, close it into a circle.
Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
The biscotti are ready when the bottom is a light brown and the top is crunchy.
