Birthday Cake Cake Mix Cookies
These cookies are fun, simple and require only a few minutes of prep time to make. This is a very versatile recipe because any cake mix can be used. Happy baking!
Gather Supplies
Ingredients:
- 1 box of cake mix (the vanilla kind with the sprinkles)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 organic free range eggs
Tools:
- Medium size mixing bowl
- Big spoon
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Tablespoon
- Liquid measuring cup
Mix Together
Put everything into the mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Forming the Cookies
Use the tablespoon to form little balls and place on parchment lined banking sheet.
Baking
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8-10 min or until lightly golden. Let cool and enjoy.
