clay ,ostrich feather,gelatin ,glucose powder, water

mix your clay with water to the right consistency

spray release agent onto your vacuum formed mould of choice

Start moulding into your mould master

pop bottle cap for wiring

leave to dry for 3 days

mix your gelatin ,water,glucose powder with water

spread mixture all over the feathers put in line on a plastic and leave to dry for 3 days

remove the combined material from the plastic and prepare for assembly

remove the dry clay from mould & assemble

Assemble and have your light ready to use
