mix your clay with water to the right consistency

spray release agent onto your vacuum formed mould of choice

Start moulding into your mould master

leave to dry for 3 days

gelatin mix.PNG

mix your gelatin ,water,glucose powder with water

lef mix.PNG

spread mixture all over the feathers put in line on a plastic and leave to dry for 3 days

remove the combined material from the plastic and prepare for assembly

leave to dry.PNG

remove the dry clay from mould & assemble

final model.PNG
