Bio-luminaire Housing (Corn and Sugar)

This a housing for the bio luminaire lamp to hold the bulb. I made this ensuring the Eco-friendliness that it comes with.

Supplies

You will need:

1) Brown Sugar, Crushed corn cob

2) Stove, Pot & Spoon

Setting Stove & Pot

Switch on the stove and place the pot

Pouring Sugar

Pour sugar in the pot and let it melt into liquid (10-15min max)

Pouring Crushed Corn Cob

Pour crushed corn cob in the melted sugar liquid

Mixing the Ingredients

Mix them together and let them boil (8-10min max)

Casting

Pour in the mould and let it cool for 20-30 mins

Finishing

Remove from the mould and apply saw dust to protect material from heat

Drill a Hole for the Bulb

Drill a hole for the bulb on top of the part.
