I know there are countless other instructables out there for duct tape wallets, but I haven't seen any that were designed like my old wallet where there are two main card slots, three inner pockets, and a photo ID flap in the middle.  Also added the optional RFID shielding (aluminum) on the outer portion of the wallet so... yea here we go

List of ingredients and tools:
Duct Tape (duh)
Scissor/Knife (another duh)
Clear package tape for the Photo ID window
Aluminum sheet for the RFID 7.5" x 8.5"

Main Pocket

Ok so first off cut strips of duct tape to be about 7.5" in length... don't remember how many exactly, but you'll want enough to make a duct tape sheet.  Take the first strip and the aluminum and stick it so that the aluminum side with the same length as the duct tape (7.5" side) is halfway down the duct tape.  The pic should make things a lil bit clearer.

Ok after that take another strip of duct tape and put it right at the edge of the aluminum of the opposite side, then just continue on both sides until you cover the entire aluminum sheet.  Fold the flaps of duct tape at the ends over and you have your main pocket sheet.  If this was confusing I suggest looking at this instructable: https://www.instructables.com/id/High-quality-Duct-Tape-wallet/step2/Getting-started/ :  Forgot to take more pictures during this step and he's got pretty good instructions, made my first wallet following this guy's instructable.

Finish Money Pocket

Now fold the sheet along the 8.5" sides, 8.5" touch 8.5", also note that in the middle there will be a part where the tape meets tape on one side and one tape strip on the other side, fold it so that the one strip side is on the outside.  Measuring a quarter inch from the center fold line on both sides, fold along that line as well.  We'll call this the "leeway" line since it'll act as stretching room for the wallet if you get too much cash :D.

Now cut two duct tape strips that measure 3.5" and attach like in the picture, half way and right above the fold line of the "leeway" line.  Fold along the sticky side of the tape so that when you bring the pocket up it'll stick, essentially creating the pocket.  Cut two more 3.5" strips and add it to the sides.  Then fold vertically and you'll have your money pocket.

Card Pockets Time!

Now, using the same method as before for making the duct tape sheet, make 4 - 1.5" x 3.5" pieces and 2 - 3.5" x 3.5".

Separate into two groups, 2 of the small and 1 of the large, these will become your card pockets.  Take a small piece and place it on an edge of the larger one and tape with a 3.5" strip.  Flip it out and put another 3.5" strip on the other side.

With the other small piece, place it behind the front flap to make the second pocket, place it so that the card won't come out from the top.  Afterwards tape with 3.5" strips front and back.  Repeat these steps with the other.  You should now have two square pieces with two flaps on them.

Photo ID!

Time for the photo ID piece.  Make two duct tape sheets: 6.75" x 3.5" and 2.75" x 3.5".

For the 2.75" x 3.5" sheet, make a border around it that's about 1/2" and cut the inner portion out.  Cover the hole with clear tape on both sides, but don't go over the outer edge of the duct tape piece.  Not with thinner pieces of 2.75" and 3.5" duct tape, cover over the sides of the piece and the edge of the clear tape.

On the long edge put a 3.5" piece of tape, then on the top and bottom edges of the pic ID pocket add 2.75" pieces of tape.  Fold over the the top and bottom so that the sticky sides stay up and then fold over the side over on top of the two to hold it all together.  Take this assembly and stick it onto the right edge of the 6.75" x 3.5" piece.  Take another 3.5" take and cover over the far right side, then the top and bottom with 2.75" pieces.  This completes the photo ID pocket.

Now do essentially the same thing on the other end of the 6.75" x 3.5" piece, but do it with all 3.5" pieces, left side first then top and bottom.  Fold the top and bottom so that the sticky sides are up, then fold over the left side on top.  Take one of the card pocket pieces and place it on top.

Take a Guess What to Do Next :D

You can probably guess by now what to do next, attaching the whole card, photo ID, piece onto the rest of the wallet.  Do the same process of taping the three edges on the left side as was done previously, but do it on the money pocket, place the card/Photo ID piece on top.  Tape the top and bottom with 3.5" tape like before and then tape the left side and right side of the card pocket, not the whole card/Pic ID piece, just the inner card pocket.

Doing this causes the sides of the card pockets to be blocked off by the tape.  Take your knife and cut along the pocket whole to free it, but don't cut too far or your pockets will be weak.  Next take two 3.5" pieces of tape and "cover" over the tops of the bottom two card pockets.  By doing this is makes it stronger, but also covers the stickyness that might have seeped out from the knife cutting.

Repeat this process with the other card pocket assembly on the other side of the wallet and there ya have it, a complete wallet.

I hope the instructions weren't too vague or confusing.  If you have any questions at all, please leave me a comment and I will try and get back to ya with an answer.  Thank you for reading :D
