Bhindi Masala
      
      Bhindi Masala is a simple North Indian dish that is great on flavors. It tastes delicious & is healthy. Bhindi masala is made of okra, spices, onions & tomatoes. This is a semi dry curry made with ladies finger or okra goes very well with rice or roti. Bhindi masala is mildly spicy, hot & full of flavors that comes from the pan fried bhindi and garam masala. this simple bhindi masala is extremely easy to cook. So it is a common side dish in many households.

Preparation
      
      - Cut 500g ladyfinger as shown.
 - Finely chop Onion.
 - Finely chop tomatoes.
 - Finely chop Garlic, green chilies, Ginger.
 
Onion Tomato Paste
      
      Create a thick paste by mixing the following ingredients in a mixer or grinder machine.
- Onion.
 - Tomatoes.
 - Green chilies.
 - Garlic.
 - Ginger.
 
Add 2 Tablespoon water and Make a fine paste
Frying Bhindi
      
      - Heat a pan.
 - Add 3 tablespoon oil to it.
 - Add the lady finger and salt. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
 - Once the bhindi is cooked 70-80%, take out the bhindi.
 
Masala Bhindi
      
      - Take the same pot from last step and add 2 tablespoon Oil.
 - Add Cumin seed and let it pop.
 - Add the onion tomato paste we made in step 3.
 
Adding Spices
      
      Add the following spices to the gravy
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
 - 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
 - 1 teaspoon of coriander cumin powder
 - Salt as per taste
 
Mix everything well and let the masala cook for 5 minutes.
Adding Bhindi
      
      - Add the fried Bhindi in the masala.
 - Mix it well
 - Cover and cook for more 10 mins.
 
Tada! Bhindi Masala is Ready! Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot and Enjoy!
