Bev's Crocheted Item's
.Emily Sweater:This pattern was free on Auntie M's website. I made it using Lion Brand Baby soft yarn, and a G hook. I gave it as a baby gift.
Girl Layette; I did this in Red Heart yarn for extra stiffness. I used the same pattern as I did for the boy jogging outfit.
Crayon Ripple Throw: I found this pattern on the Lion brand website,I just changed the color's as my husband is a Dog's fan.
Kitty Cat Blanket; This pattern was given to me. I made it using simply Soft yarn. It's nice for a boy or girl, and it's big.
;Prayer shawl;I made this for my mother using Lion Brand yarn, she loved it!
Pansy Afghan: This pattern was given to me,you make all the pansies first, then make block's and attach them together.I used a F hook for the pansies, and a J for the edging.
Baby Block's Blanket;I used Caron Simply Soft, and a H hook, and the pattern was free on one of the skein's.
Red Scarf:I use Lion brand yarn, and Disco fun fur. This is my own design, and I have sold a few of them at craft show's.
Momma and Me Afghan: This afghan was made using the best book you will ever buy,"63 Easy to Crochet Pattern Stitches" by Leisure Art's. My Mother passed away on Dec.11,2006,she was my best friend. She had kept some of her square's,so I combined half of mine with her's and joined them together. I call it my therapy blanket,it helped me deal with my grief and her loss. I will treaure it alway's,because it's a part of her.
Boy jogging Suit; I made this using Red heart yarn,H hook. The pattern was in an old Leisure Art's book 1994,my sister had I wouldn't change a thing ,I sold it for 35.00 at a craft show.
I owe my crocheting talent to my sister, she got me started with the book "63 Easy to Crochet Pattern Stitches",and the rest as they say is history.Push yourself and try new thing's! Keep on hooking,Beverly Neal
