Best Hot Spiced Beer
This is a simple but great recipe for the delightful hot beer, just ideal for the cold autumn or winter evenings.
Ingredients
- 1 beer - 0,5 l (16 oz). The stronger ones are best.
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- 4 cloves
You Need Your Beer Hot
Heat the beer in a pot, but don't boil it.
Divide and Conquer
Separate the eggs. You will need the yolks only, so you can get rid of the whites, but it's better to use them somehow (a meringue?).
Add sugar to the yolks and stir strong and long enough to get the unite, clear pulp. If you use white sugar, the mass should be almost white (even though the yolks are yellow or even orange).
Spice It Up
Add the cinnamon and cloves to the hot beer.
Almost There
Add the yolk with sugar to the beer. Remember not to boil the beer, in this step - if the beer is hot - you can turn off the stove.
Stir properly until you get nice creamy consistency.

Enjoy
Pour the mixture into your favorite glass, cup or a mug and enjoy your time with this warming, spicy, sweet and creamy elixir.
