Best Lazy Day Apple Mug Cake!!!

This instructable will show you how to make the best apple mug cake on days like a lazy Sunday.

. 1-2 Apples (diced)

. 1/4 cup of all purpose flour (sifted)

. 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

. 1/4 tsp of baking powder (sifted)

. 2 tbsp of fresh milk

. 2 tbsp of hot water

. 2 tbsp of oil

Tip: if you are really lazy you can just use pancake mix and leave everything els out except apples and water ;)

cut apples in to cubes or any other shapes you would like.

add flour/pancake mix, sugar, water, oil, baking powder.

I used pancake mix so that’s why it might look different.

Microwave for 2 minutes. And enjoy!!!
