Best Home Made Iced Coffee

It's sweet. It's Creamy. It's heavenly. Iced coffee would be a daily must for me, but alas my town has no Starbucks, Joe Muggs, or Dunkin, and the small local café shops are so expensive. I tried a Brew-over-Ice K-Cup and it was a step in the right direction for decent price, so I tweaked and made a homemade recipe that is cheap and sooo delicious. It is like a vanilla iced latte, but you could add Cinnamon, Peppermint, Pumpkin Spice, or Mocha Syrup to create your personal favorite.
Disclaimer: haven't tried with pot brewed coffee (only Donut Shop Original Kcup) nor have I tried any flavors beside vanilla extract, or sweeteners other than sugar.
