Best Butterscotch Cookies Ever!

In this instructable I would like to share with you my family recipe for butterscotch cookies. This recipe is very easy to make, and the result is what will most likely be the best cookie you have ever tasted.

1 box white cake mix

1 bag butterscotch chips

1/2 water

1/4vegetable oil

2 eggs (or egg whites)

parchment paper

access to an oven

a large bowl

To make the batter/dough for your cookies, start by adding white cake mix, vegetable oil, egg whites, and water. Now mix the ingredients thoroughly, and add 1 bag of butterscotch chips.

Once you have mixed your ingredients, use a spoon and put about 1 large spoonful on a cookie sheet (use parchment paper/foil or cooking spray). continue to add spoonfuls (with at least 1 inch between each other) to the tray until you have filled most of the space. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and put the tray(s) in the oven for 14-18 minutes (cooking times will vary based on the size of the cookies and your oven).
