Bendable Ice Pack

I think it's very hard to hold an ice pack on your hand or finger, so I made this. When you take it out of the freezer it's going to be hard, but not so hard that you can't bend it.  You can wrap it right around your finger without a problem!

It's great for quickly applying a little bit of first aid to bumps, bruises and scratches!

NOTE: This Bendable Ice Pack was designed, and written-up to share on Instructables, by my 10-year old son. You need:

• 4-5 paper towels
• one cloth towel
• water
• one freezer 

Take your paper towels and lay them flat on a table.

Fold it from the right to left once, then again, and again.  Then you're done folding.

Now it's time for the cloth towel!

Put the towel under the sink and soak it! When it's totally soaked, take it out.

Lay your cloth towel flat on your paper towel. Fold your cloth towel in the shape of your paper towel, so that it is just a little bigger than it.. Push down on your towel firmly so that the water soaks into the paper towel.

Take off your cloth towel off slowly so that it doesn't peel up the paper towel. Pick up your paper towel.

Take your paper towel and put on a empty shelf in your freezer. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes to freeze.

Now when you get hurt, go to the freezer and get out your Bendable Ice Pack!
