Belgian Beef Stew (only 15 Minutes of Work)

Only 15 minutes of work.

Three hours later you can enjoy this delicious 'one pot dish' with a good Belgian beer ;-)

Prepare the Ingredients

Ingredients:

2 pounds of beef

1 onion

A pint of dark beer

Mustard

Dark chocolate (two bars)

2 slices of white bread without crust

Laurel - salt - pepper

Season and Sear the Beef

Put the pot an high heat

Add fat to the pot

Sear one minute on each side

Cook the Onion

Put the chopped onion in the pot

Stir in the pot

Add a splash of water

Add the Beer

Add the beer and bring it to a boil

Add the Beef

Put Mustard on the Bread and Crack the Chocolate in Small Pieces

The Last Step

Put the slices of bread on top and lower the heat.

Put the lid on the pot and let it cook gently during at least 3 hours.
