Chopping Ingredients
Now, you should cut onion, garlic, ginger, chilly, tomatoes, cilantro, scallions into small pieces.
Beef
This is an essential part of any cooking process. you should clean the raw meat that is packaged and put in a clean pot before it goes into the cooking process. you should cut the beef into small pieces.
Note: I recommend you clean any utensils after you cut the fresh meats. This prevents the bacteria from raw meat to get spread.
Frying Ingredients
you are going to make stir fry curry sauce for your beef.
First, add butter and garlic in a frying pan, and stir fry till it gets light brown.
Chilly (optional)
After garlic, you need to add chilly to get the hot smoky flavor. This part is optional because I know not all people like to eat hot chilly in their food.
Onions, Tomatoes, Scallion
Add onion, tomatoes, and scallions and stir fry until it gets light brown and soft.
Note: Be careful, at this moment it is likely to get burnt really fast. you need to notice when it starts to burn.
Spices
After stir-frying, we need to add all the spices to get that curry smell from the sauce. First add black pepper, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, and stir fry for 30 seconds. Now the sauce is ready.
Note: At this point, the sauce becomes pretty dry, I recommend putting a little bit of water to make it saucy.
Stir-fry
Now the sauce is done, you need to add the chopped meat and stir fry for 2- 3 minutes and add cilantro at the end, and add some water at the end and boil the meat for at least 5 minutes.
