Beaded Hair Clips

If you think that your hair looks exactly the same ALL the time, you need to try this!

It is amazing how adding an accessory can give you a new and fresh look perfect to match to the occasion.

I am showing how to create these pair of hair clips with rhinestones that will give you an elegant and sophisticated look!

Gather Your Materials

  • Rhinestone lace
  • Hair clips
  • Polypropylene plastic
  • Fabric bias tape
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun

Cut Polypropylene Plastic

Take bias as reference to cut polypropylene plastic. You need 2 pieces to create a pair of hair clips.

Cut Rhinestone Lace

Taking as reference the hair clip, cut the rhinestone lace.

Glue Bias and Plastic

Use hot glue gun to keep together bias and polypropylene plastic.

Glue Rhinestone Lace

Flip to the right size and glue rhinestone lace

Separate Hair Clip

You need to separate hair clip inner part while gluing the rhinestone part.

Glue Rhinestone Piece in Clip

Use hot glue gun to keep together rhinestone part in clip.

Add More Glue, Assembly Again

Turn clip and add more glue around the clip. You can now assembly it (when glue has dried)
