Imagine who do you want to be!!

The change start with a decision no be the same of yesterday, no repeat the same situation, improve yourself.

The decision of change is the first step ever.

The continuous improve is a personal road where sometimes you go alone.

When I start to live alone, I passed many problems by not be prepare to this, I searched alternatives but exist a general law that help us to understand all.

We believe what we want to believe, in this case the experience appear for help to see yourself, learn to fail to learn what you don't have to do. It's sound rare but you understand, don't feel scare.

Do a change involves a lot of things, start read articles or book from people that is successful, but remember that their activities that they do it worked with them maybe not work with you but you will adapt and get ideas for make your test and always take what work better with you.

Reduce Things That You Use

We have a lot of things that don't need it. I had a lot of things toys, papers, objects in the desk, more that I used. Exist many concepts about reduce your objects, minimalism and 5 S.

Minimalism is fine help to live keeping you to with the necessary, it can be difficult if you can't let go things or adopt a more simple daily life.

5 S is a japanese method, it have five steps:

  • Classification
  • Order
  • Cleaning
  • Standardization
  • Discipline

You can select the more appropriate to you.

For example my room have just the things that I use in my personal projects, and things that I have being learn.

Some initial advices:

  • You don't need a television in every room.
  • Start organize your bedroom.
  • No bring the work to home.

Design a board where you can make a tracking of your activities. Define what do you want to do, and put it.

We are the things that we eat, if we don't eat good we can have a lot of problems around of our life. Eat health give you more power for your day.

  • Sugar

Have you thought that candies are sometimes the cause of your problems? if you said no, well let me tell you that yes.

The artificial flavors cause some problems in our teeths caries for example, bad breath, and more.

If you can't let the candies, you can reduce eat it, for example if you eat every day 5 chocolates, now eat 3 chocolates continue until eat only one chocolate. No cakes with a lot of fondant, ice cream, sodas, juices not naturals, and yes no sugar, drink your juice natural. It's difficult at begin but then your body say you thanks. Many things exist but start with something.

  • Vegetables and fruits

Do you know how is function the chemistry of our body? Some that I can say is that you need know about trophology.

The topic is bigger but first learn how combine food.

The frozen V&F, canned V&F are considered no appropriate, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

Some initial advices:

  • Drink more water!!
  • Don't eat to feel full, eat less.
  • Eat your dinner 2 hours before of sleep, it help to sleep better, a good food for sleep well eat 2-3 bananas.
  • Let sodas, garbage food.
  • Cooking more, let the fast food.

Sit Down

Every morning, every day, one time per day at least, sit down and tell yourself the amazing that you are.

Every day think positive try it, If you are wrong accept, and start again.

Feel good it's a decision and we can choose it.

The list continue but it's a good start.
