Be Able to Use Your Non-Dominant Hand

IMG_2454.jpg
The reason for writing this 'ible is very important. I have severely injured my right hand (dominant) and it is in a full arm cast. I am in school, so I have to write a lot, thus, learning to do things with my right hand. This will take a while but it works like a charm.

Print out the target below. Hang it up. Take a tennis ball and practice throwing it at the target. You will suck extremely. The first day do 10 sets of 10. Each time get at least 2 out of 10. If you don't, start over. Next day 3 out of 10, next day 4 out of 10. Once you are at 10/10 back up 5 feet and start the exercise over. Do this again and again.
