Take the Pvc Pipe and a Strip of Card Board and Roll It Up to Fit in One Side So It Doesn't Fall Out Easily
Take a Peace of Paper and Roll It Up Around the Tube and Fold It in on One Side
Fill With Bb's Then Slide Paper on and Done
