I made this project because I noticed a problem, I have a wooden desk in my room that makes a L shape. Underneath it is extremely dark and hard to get under, I have a computer and a lot of wires and in order to fix something under my desk a abundance of light would be extremely beneficial. I made a circuit that could easily fit under my desk that I can turn on and off that wouldn't be to bright if it stayed on but also gives me enough light to manage various activates. At first my design was going to be on a wooden board that would sit on top of my subwoofer underneath my desk. That was unpractical in how my desk is built and would work way better not tied down to a board and rather have the ability to place it in various spaces with the small jar.
Supplies
My Supplies are, A nine volt battery, A mason jar, a light bulb, Copper wire with a switch to turn it on and off.

The first step was putting a hole big enough through the top of the jar in order for the light bulb to fit.

The next step was wrapping the battery with duck tape around the wire in order for it to stay secure around it.

I then glued the wire on top of the battery with super glue.

Finally i put the bulb through the jar and closed it tightly and through a few trial and errors of regluing and fixing wires i got it to turn on and work properly.
