Let's look at ways you can scale shapes on the workplane.
Instructions
- There are 9 handles that allow you to scale an object.
- Black handles will only effect one axis.
- White handles will effect two axis.
- Holding ALT on the keyboard when scaling will make the object will expand from the center.
- Holding SHIFT on the keyboard when scaling will scale the object on all axis equally.
- Continue to the next step.
Scaling Height

Scaling the height of a shape can also be done with the handles.
Instructions
- When a shape is selected you will see a white handle is next to the black move arrow near the top of the shape.
- This white handle will scale an object's height.
- Continue to the next step.
