Barn Quilt Sign on a CNC

I wanted to try something different, I have seen these Barn Quilt signs on side of barns, painted up with different colors. So I made one using my CNC Router. I have included the video of this, for the ones that likes to watch.
I have also included the dxf files, for downloading.
What you will need:
A CNC Router or a handheld Router with a steady hand.
Pattern or design your own using software, like Vectric Aspire or similar
90 degree V-Bit
Plywood, I used Cabinet grade Whitepine 23 7/8" x 23 7/8" x 3/4"
Sandpaper
Orbital Sander
Black Craft paint
Minwax Prestain wood conditioner
4 different colors of stain
Paint brushes
Outdoor Satin Clear finish

Design

I designed my sign in Vectric Aspire, once I got all my vectors where I wanted. I then made a profile toolpath using a 90 degree V-Bit. Cutting a .063 inch deep V groove right on the vectors.
Carve and Sand

I carved my sign with the X-Carve CNC Router.
Once the carving is done, I sanding the v grooves and lightly sanded the top. Then blew off all the dust.
Painted the Lines

Then I painted the V-Groove lines with Black craft paint, once dried I sanding the top again.
Prestain

Because this plywood is pine, I applied Minwax Prestain wood conditioner.
Stain

I then applied 4 different colors of Minwax stain, now after applying one color, I would like it set for a few minutes, then gently wipe off with paper towel. Trying my best not to touch adjacent blocks. Do this for all the blocks.
Then I let the stain dry over night, then sprayed a couple coats of Stain Clear.
Enjoy
