Barbecue Cheeseburger Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 portion pizza dough

500g minced meat

200ml cream

150g cheddar cheese

2 small oions

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 spoon mustard

3 spoons barbecue sauce

sesame

Cut the onions in small pieces and give them to the meat. Scatter salt & pepper to it and add the egg, the mustard & the barbecue sauce. Mix everything together. Prick or cut round dough pieces and place cheddar cheese on them. Form meatballs and place them on the dough. Wrap the dough around the filling.

Cover them with sesame and place them on baking paper. Put them in the oven at 160 degrees celsius circulating air for about 35 minutes. Now it is time to enjoy. Look at my other work.
