For this delicious treat, you will need:
- Two Bananas
- Chocolate [either chocolate chips (about two cups), chocolates bars or even leftover easter chocolate]
- Toppings (peanuts, or sprinkles)
- Butter (not even a tablespoon)
- Popsicle Sticks
- Waxed paper
- A Pan
- A Freezer
-A Microwave
This makes an excellent treat for birthday parties!
By the way, the reason for the different luminosities in my pictures are because the flash on the camera i used kept going on and off at unexpected moments.

The first step is to peel the bananas and then slice them in half. After that, put a popsicle stick in every one.
If you chose to use peanuts as one of the toppings, now's the time to prepare them. Take the amount of peanuts you want and then crush them.
The next step is to melt your chocolate. Put it in a microwave safe bowl and stir the chocolate every 30 seconds. Melt till it's smooth. You'll also want to add a bit of butter to the chocolate (around a tablespoon not even).
Then take your bananas and you're ready to dip them. I used a spoon to help me get them fully covered. While the chocolate is still melted, add the toppings and then place it on waxed paper.
* For mine, i did not place the waxed paper immediatly on the pan, which i should have done .

The last step is to freeze the banana pops to make sure the chocolate solidifies. I froze mine for about 3 hours, to make sure everything is hardened.
Then voila! You're done!
Mine slippled a bit while i was trying to put them in the freezer. Tha'st why the chocolate looks spread underneath.
