I'm not much of a cooker but I did learn how to make banana bread from my sister who's a culinary arts major! We bonded over this and I love a quick on the go breakfast like this.
Supplies

- 2 to 3 medium sized bananas (ripe)
- 1/3 cup of melted butter, salted or unsalted
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¾ cup of light brown sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup of pecans
