- Any kind of milk. I recommend chocolate soya milk. 1/2 cup.
- 1/3 cup chia seeds.
- 2 ripe bananas.
- 1 tsp honey.
- 1 tsp vanilla.
- 1 tsp low fat cocoa/cacao powder.
