Banana Smoothie
The new year has started and everyone is starting to try to eat healthy and get fit. With this smoothie you can do both! It’s a healthy, delicious snack for everyone and you will get a lot of energy out of it, so you can work out, run, or whatever you want to do. It’s super easy to make and it will only take you 3-7 minutes!! You will only need a few ingredients and you can find them at every grocery store.
Supplies
All you need is 3 frozen bananas, 1 heaped tablespoon cocoa powder, and ¼ cup almond milk.
You will need a blender to blend the ingredients and a bowl and a cup to put it in when you’re done.
(Optional: granola, fresh fruit, chocolate syrup)

You can put your smoothie in a bowl or a cup, whatever you want. You can also add chocolate syrup if you really like chocolate. And that’s how easy it is! Now you can enjoy your healthy, delicious smoothie!!
Extra: you can even make this a healthy breakfast by putting it in a bowl and add granola and fresh fruit.
