In a separate bowl add one bag of cream cheese and one can of sweetened condensed milk and mix it together with and electric mixer. ( You may use a regular whisk however it will take longer and be sure to not over whisk.) If you do there will be lumps in this mixture.

In the original bowl add both mixtures together and mix well. After add 12-14 ounces of cool whip then mix until it has a creamy pudding like substance, It is ok if this mixture has a few lumps.

Now gently place 2nd bag of chessman's cookies on top of pudding. Gently place it because if you push down to hard it will sink in.

Refrigerate pudding for 1-8 hrs before consumption. If you refrigerate the pudding overnight you will have the best results.
