Banana Pancakes Recipe

In this recipe, you will be shown how to make pancakes with bananas, to experience the different flavor you could taste rather than without the banana.

Supplies

  • 1 Bowl
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 3 Black Raspberry
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 ounces of milk.
  • Cutting board
  • Maple Syrup
  • Butter Spray
  • Measuring Cup
  • Measuring Bowl
  • 8 ounces of Pancakes & Waffle Mix
  • Whisk
  • Whipped Cream
  • Spatula
  • Ladle
  • 1 Plate

Clean the Area, Prepare Your Materials

Clean the are that you will be using to prepare your pancakes, and later for plating your pancakes, organize your materials and utensils as you wish, and began to heat up the griddle; medium-low fire is recommended.

Make the Mix

In your measuring bowl, put the 8 ounces of pancake mix with a half a banana, then pour 4 ounces of milk, and with the whisk, smash the banana into the milk, then start making circles until the mixture takes becomes a homogenous liquid (Not too thick or thin).

Cooking the Pancakes

With the griddle previously heated in medium-low fire, spray the butter can in the areas of the griddle where you will put the pancakes mixture, then using the laddle put the mixture in the griddle to begin cooking, at this point is recommended that you maintain the heat of the griddle on medium fire, for cooking speed.

Cutting the Fruits

While your pancakes are cooking, using your kitchen board, take the strawberries , and cut them in the form you wish, at the same time keep an eye out on your pancakes, to prevent them from overcooking.

Flip Your Pancakes

Once the mixture starts rising up, taking a cylindrical shape, using your spatula, lift the bottom to check the color of the pancake, if the color is a light brown, its time that you flip them so the other side is cooked as well.

Plating

Once the other side of the pancakes are cooked, using the spatula, carefully remove the pancakes from the griddle and place them into a plate, then pile the pancakes up to make a tower, in the top, with the strawberries cut before, place them on top of the pancakes with any other fruit that you may like, in this case, we also used black raspberries.

Add As You Wish.

To finish, add up as you wish, maple syrup, and whipped cream, in the areas that you would like.
