Banana Nutella Crepes
These crepes are an imitation of the crepes my sister had while living in Greece. Every time she smells warm nutella and banana she is instantly brought back to Greece. These are delicious decadent crepes that will satisfy more than your sweet tooth.

Combine Wet Ingredients
Whisk together eggs, milk, and oil.
Add Dry Ingredients
Add flour and salt to wet mixture. Whisk ingredients until there are no lumps.
Prepare Bananas and Nutella
Turn stove on medium heat to start warming the frying pan. While frying pan is heating cut bananas into thin slices.
Ladle Batter Into Pan
Grease the pan with Pam or butter. Make sure the frying pan is hot before you ladle the batter into the pan. As you ladle the batter hold the handle of the pan and rotate the pan ensuring the batter is thinly covering the whole frying pan.
Note: You may have to reduce heat if frying pan gets too hot. This is indicated by a burnt crepe.

Flip the Crepe
Flip the crepe once the edges start to curl up. The middle should still be slightly runny. The cooked side will have a golden pattern.
Add Nutella and Bananas
Spread Nutella on half of the crepe while the uncooked side is still cooking. Place the bananas on the Nutella.
Fold Crepe
Fold the crepe in half. Fold the crepe again into a quarter piece.
Serve and Enjoy
They are best served warm. Enjoy!
