Tired of bland sandwiches?   Live life to the fullest and add this tasty spread made out of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and potato flakes to all your fine sandwiches!

Ingredients

Gather the ingredients:
1 part balsamic vinegar
2 parts potato flakes
2 parts olive oil

A note on the ingredients.  Choose the most expensive balsamic vinegar you can afford.  The more you spend, the smoother the vinegar will be.  The most expensive is so smooth you can actually drink it.   I pick mine up from an up-scale grocery store.  The same can be said about the olive oil.  Remember, an old oil is a bad oil.

Mix

Start with the potato flakes (1 part), then add the olive oil (2 parts) the the vinegar (1 part).  Mix until smooth.

Spread on quality bread and enjoy.  I tilted the bread up to show you the thickness and stick-ability of the spread.  The potatoes act as a binding agent and are totally tasteless on the multi-grain bread. Enjoy!
